The SISCO SV-SERIES vibrating Screen is heavy duty inclined circular motion screen, highly efficient and suitable for an expectation ally wide range of application viz. for screening crushed Rock, all kinds of Mineral Ores & for different industrial requirements.

Two unbalanced weights on each side of a special steel shaft, product the circular throw action which transmits an uniform vibration to the screening surface and ensure that material travels over the surface at a constant rate.

The amplitude of vibration can be adjusted by adding or removing counter weight to suit different applications.

Circular motion ensure rapid separation of seized product in the shortest possible time. Every feature of SISCO SV-Series vibrating screen is designed to ensure long and efficient service with minimum maintenance.

SMOOTH RUNNING
A simple type, self aligning, spherical double row roller bearing assembly, produces a true circular movement, which vibrates equally and simultaneously, every square foot of the screen. Two unbalanced weights with removable counter weights minimize the inertial effect and allow smooth shut downs little bouncing.

BEARING
Two special type, self aligning, spherical double row bearings, with precision fits and tolerance, are used for smooth trouble free operation. Removal of bearing from the shaft is easy. These bearing have improved lubrication facilities to give extended bearing life under smooth working  conditions. No heating is required to remove the bearing.

SHAFT
The main shaft of high quality alloy steel treated, machined to exact tolerance and designed for minimum deflection to prolong bearing life.

LUBRICANTS
Bearing are lubricated through grease nipples at each side of the shaft.

STRUCTURAL
Structural members are accurately fabricated and are selected to resist sufficient vibrating load. The feed plate is of special steel which resist the initial thrust of the rocks or ores.

SHAFT CASING
Extra heavy pipe, bolted to the main frame, not only protects the entire shaft assembly, but serves as structural member of the main frame. The casing is wrapped along the entire length with lagging to avoid abrasion.

SCREEN CLOTH
Single arched deck of equal, interchangeable panel lengths are used for maximum utilization of screen cloths. Screen cloths are bolted with the side plates by high tensile and locked.

DRIVE
A suitable rated prime-mover drives the screen through V-belt and pulley. The motor base can be adjusted and is also hinged to give the exact tension to the V-belt which saved the motor from the starting and stopping shocks.
